一、
原则 1 、 信用证申请书是申请人（进口商）向开证银行提交的凭以开立信用证的书面依据，申请书中的所有内容都将反映在正式开出的信用证中。申请书的填写依据应为申请人同受益人（出口商）之间签署的外贸合同。
2 、 申请书中，除通知行和附加条款项可不填写外，其余均应根据合同/ 实际贸易情况填写
